2bin1bag.in is a methodology that has been adopted by citizen groups and municipalities across the country to get 85% of the waste as clean segregated wet and dry waste. 15% is reject and is typically landfill or incinerator bound. This is a household kit that should be in every home. 

Green Bin - Organic / Garden Compostable Waste

Red Bin - Reject Waste  or Household hazardous waste

Bag - Recyclable Waste ( Paper, Glass, Plastic, etc)
